My Own Construction Site

And now to my construction site, as Network Rail work hard to get the line ready in time for the grand opening in October.

66 055 and 66 056 haul a works train into the site containing the essential materials and trains needed to finish the project.

And here they are again, passing a signal going into the new Bexhill West station, that some Network Rail staff are working on.

Hi there Lewisner, I've noticed from your recent posts that your latest layout features some very nice point connecting rods which don't look like anything else I've seen. Are they on the DLS and what's their name/kuid?

V. good pics by the way. ;)

"Paulsw2" As far as I remember they are by Tafweb but CMP won"t play ball at the mo so I"ll look for them later.Meanwhile, heres a spot of tracklaying in Claxheugh cutting.BR renewed the track and signals here in 1962 then cloed the line 5 years later..:'(

Paulsw2 they are Point Connector Rods 1,2 and 4 by Natvander - KUIDs 61119:37101 , 61119:37100 and 61119:37103 respectively... P.S Search the DLS for "Steldraht" and you"ll have some nice Signal Wires to go with the rods, but kiss your FPS goodbye.
