U.S. railroads that don't connect with any others?

Now T:ANE I can get into
I believe that there are a few short-line operations that don't have any connections with another railroad, effectively "isolating" them from the U.S. railroad network. Does anyone know which roads these are? I can't seem to find anything on Google. If memory serves, I believe one of them is an electric mining railroad or something along those lines.

I thought the EBT interchanged with the Pennsy somewhere... (I saw a photo with a EBT/Pennsy STD Gauge loco hauling EBT NG hoppers on dual gauge track.)

The Sacramento Southern doesn't actually. That's the CSRM operated excursion train. The tracks that connect old town to the old train station which just closed on Monday and passengers are forced to go another 1 1/2 blocks to catch trains has since been removed. Where the old SP Sacramento Locomotive Works building was along with the old train yard. So actually they don't. Not anymore.

Edit: Since when? I've never seen them interchange.
