Maybe it's The Day The Earth Stood Still. I went to my other pc to run 04,yes I still love it best of all and it worked fine. Then I got the idea to go to the DLS and look for some more goodies. I put in my username & password only to see it say invalid. Tried a number of times to no avail. So I tried UTC,06,09 with the same result. Then I went to the Planet and tried to login there with the same result's. I went to the forum with the same result's here. What has happend to my usernames & passwords to the point I can't use them anymore? They all seem to be invalid. Any suggestions on what has gone wrong and is there anyway to get them back? I do have all of the serial/product key numbers for each version. The only way I'm here and can play 09 is I bought a NEW one and use a NEW name & password. Help me if you can. I've writtin' to the helpdesk last week,but haven't heard anything so I thought I'd try here. Thanks....BrokenSignal

This may not be of much help but here is what it says on the Auran Support Forum:

"If you have lost access to your account, please try using the 'lost password' link, which will appear on the login page. On this page you will be asked for an email address. Please enter the email address associated with your account.

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with the account, please send an email to the helpdesk at
auransupport@auran.com with the username for your account."
 
You folks must be talking about something entirely different than me. I find no lost password link anywhere to try. My new username and password comes up automatic be I here,the DLS, Planet Auran or in Profile. I'm trying to retrive my old usernames & passwords for my other Trainz versions. They are all invalid for some reason. I'm trying to find some answers to why. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
 
Ok, I understand what you asking. You mean that you had prior versions of Trainz and had a different Username and Password, and you cannot recover them? I'm not sure what you mean by in-vaild. Try contacting the support desk, they will know more on it.

Please log into the helpdesk. Once logged in, click on the button 'view tickets'. The ticket that you placed was replied to on the 20th of August. There have been issues with people not receiving an email informing them of a reply. Many times this is caused by an issues with the ISP/email provider, however there have been some instances of it not updating the email address (we are investigating this).
