Turntables and their buggy nature.

I recently got the newest patch for TRS2019 and had a few locomotives on the turntable on the Kickstarter County II route. I go to move one off the table and when it reaches the point where the turntable exists the outside view and inside views become un-synced with the movement of the locomotive, then shortly after it derails. Some times I don't even see the locomotives on the turntable. What can I do to fix this?

Side note: After the latest patch turntables make my game lag when I use them forcing me to look away from them.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i7 10700KF 8-Core
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 2060 Super
RAM: 16GB DDR4
Storage Medium for Trainz: 1TB HDD

That standard answer to start with, is did you do a database repair? Your game certainly shouldn't lag provided you have at least 32GB of virtual memory.

Replace the turntable and rename it exactly the same. Like some industry assets, the track may have separated from the asset. This causes it to be broken and cause a derail.

Note: The suggested was VIRTUAL memory - using disk as some memory. I have only 8gb of real memory and no issues.

No specific turntable kuids were mentioned, but one of my recent turntable creations had derailing troubles.

Turntable NZ 30m 1 (kuid:68213:28043) used a "mesh-table" system of LOD which caused animation jerkiness and derailment. The updated version (kuid2:68213:28043:1) with an LM.txt system of LOD fixed that. It's available on the DLS if needed.

I have the same issue but with trainz 2009 sp4 (and it lag)
The issue is when I press to turn, the game immediately froze (especially if you have more than 3 engines in the same area)
And my specs are almost double the minimum requirements:
Device: HP 15.6 inch
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5000 series (4 cores)
And Radeon graphics
Two 8GB ram sticks
512GB fast ssd storage
