Turning traffic on or off?

I'm having a brain fart! I can't find the traffic on or off setting in trs 2010.
Can someone please lead me to the correct window to set this feature. I can't find the correct place to do so right now

It should be on the buildings/spline tab - this is the one where roads are placed. Look for an icon of a small red car.

No wonder I could not find it. It was hidden right in front of my nose.

It's OK - it's not the easiest icon to find.
