Tunnels in 2010ee

Each time I try to place a tunnel in 2010ee the game crashes..IS THERE A WAY AROUND THIS..Or am I #$%! out of luck...Allso Why is it that built in content..plans.(layouts and other items) not show up in survayor?? I opened CMP and filtered to instaled local plans.. It brings up a list but they are not in survayor..AND nortens plant #4 and #5 can not be placed but are also built in...I made them but I can't use them... Any help would be nice

You need to click a gold star and also switch off favourites, then everything appears.

One day Auran will fix this in a service pack, I hope.
