how come when i use the other containers to stack on a well car it shows a gap between both of the containers . like the first container sits in the well car but the second one is just floating atop of it................

but if you use the china, yml or swift container it works right?

Some container models are not the exact scale height. If they are too small you get a gap, if they are too big you get an overlap...

Like Andy said... I re-calibrate my well cars to only haul certain containers.
