Ttains 2010 patches

Hi I have just finished patching my copy of 2010, my build was 42203, I patched up to 43434 then from 43434 to 44088 I then started Trainz 2010 and was told my build was still out of date, have I missed a patch and if so were can I find it. Hope somebody can help. Thank you.
