Oh "great", this forum needs some extra spaces in the title.
Also, we need a section for multiple versions, such as calling it "Combined Trainz Versions" with a note underneath stating please state versions enquiry is related to. (EG: 2010/2004 blah blah or UTC/2004 blah blah & so on.

NOTE: If others have the early MSTS, this can also relate to MSTS if possible - and if so, this is NOT (repeat NOT) a which is better thread.

As the title ATTEMPTED to say, is their a rule of similar device for TS2010, TRS2004 (and/or similar device for MSTS1 if known) that represents walking through train/tram carriages?

At the moment, you just have several views but they are in the one spot. I'm not refering to pushing the buttons to go from one carriage to the other. Something that represents actual walking when inside the cars.

I'm not able to say whether there is or is not, but it would seem to me, that if such a rule did exist, it would have to be at the "consist" level. Depending upon what level of detail one wanted, it might be necessary that all of the constituent vehicles in the consist would have to be included in the rule, and all would have to be specially animated, with working doors at each end, and there would need to be a locking device that would prevent one from leaving the front car in the forward direction, or from leaving the rear car to the rear.
