TS2010 screenshots

Yes, it looks stunning! TS10 looks better than anyhting before it. And I like the Speedtrees so that's final!:hehe:

Just a small new 1 baseboard module that I thought I would give a go tonight. I plan to release it as it is now, for if anyone wants to extend it/modify it. Built using only TS2009/TS2010 objects, apart from rolling stock and the two bridges, and one shopping trolley :P

A very dirty T 393 rolls across the bridge, past the site of an derailment. A KMQ that was left is visible behind the T class. Some track and a location board can also be seen, as well as some of the loads. Apparently the accident was caused by part of the bridge being washed away in a flood. It appears that some people have also decided it was a good dumping ground...

Further on, the T class rolls off the bridge and on towards a crossing loop situated just a little further down the line.

After the T class had left, I decided to wander around and grab some photos around the bridge. The first of these was this one of the two half buried wagons, and the pipe load, which were left to rust in the river bank.

Looking along the rail bridge towards the crossing loop.

Looking across the rail bridge down the river.

and an overview of the layout. I actually got extremely good frame rates on this board, even though there would be a few hundred trees and shrubberies(!) on there... :P

I'm quite amazed how good the ECML looks, it looks clean and sharp with good detail.

I don't mind the trees. But I do like the bushes along the fields, which I believe aren't speed trees.. are they available on DLS?

The Bushes are speedtrees, 7 different sizes to use :)

Hallo,
thankx for the screens :-)

Your diesels looks very nice. I wanted to create a BN loco for the session by my own, but there was no time left to do so. Therefore I used the "default" diesels.
All other BN diesels available at the DLS unfortunately caused errors in CMP which would not have been accepted for the new TS2010.
Have fun playing with that route.

:)

i missed this post before. if you ever need any US diesel power, id be glad to help you out.

this route has me wanting to do some nice MILW SD40-2s. it is #1 of my favorite routes.

I agree with NS_37 that this route is awesome. I am going to be getting 2010 when they fix the ATI bug just to play this route.

Hallo,

thanks for your nice compliments.

@ norfolksouthern37:
Yes, your diesels looks very nice. I did a lot of investigations for my SD40-2 creation. There are two more mesh versions, considering that there had been several little differences between Milwaukee Road’s SD40 diesels – not only at the texture.
Unfortunately, there was no time left to go for several improvements of the main texture for the locos. I just concentrated myself to get new bogeys done, as the mesh from the Art Source CD did not meet my imaginations too much :-) Also I was able to find some suitable bogey photos. I could work out a photorealistic texture from it. I will keep improving the SD40s, especially the texture.

@ jadebullet:
That’s nice to see, you like the route so much. I had a little look onto the other routes at TS2010 and I have to say, its all looking great too. I really was surprised about the great Rail System at the ECML route and really impressed by the details of some other, even smaller, routes.

I will see, to get some more screens in here during this week.
