TS2010 Digital Download Setup.exe Expects Disks

I happily saw that this evening TS2010 was released for (pre-ordered) digital downloads. I had pre-ordered digital download. I tried both the Download and alternate Download links, and downloaded a file called setup.exe.

When I invoked setup.exe and went through the dialog, it ended-up expecting me to install Disk 1 (apparently meant for a boxed TS 2010 installation).

I also tried an FTP client (Filezilla), used the username, password, port, host, etc, provided in the Auran email, and was unable to find the secure folder in which TS2010 is supposed to reside.

1. Has anyone else run into this?
2. If so, how did you get around it?

I'll grant you that sometimes I have a problem seeing something right in front of my face, so if I've screwed-up, I'd appreciate this fact brought to my attention.

Go into your profile at the top of the page and go into your order history. The download links for all 5 files are shown on the order for 2010.

You need all 5 files which is about 6 gigs.

There was an issue with the emails that were sent out to pre-orders where they included a link to the download before it was available. You will need to go into your order history and download the 5 files that will be available on the order/download page. You can access your order history by going to the following link https://www.auran.com/planetauran/Order_History.php

Once on the order history page, click on the order number that matches the digital download purchase. On the order page, you will find a download link, click on this. This will take you to the download page, where you will find two download links. Please try using the top download link first.

We do recommend that digital downloads be downloaded using a download manager such as http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/

trainz 2010 issues

i purchased this game months ago and still can not install the game. This was a digital download and i downloaded all 5 files into the same folder just as the help desk instructed me to. I still get the same msg when i start the download install next disk! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Download using a download manager otherwise you get corrupt files.

If using Win7 you must install patch and run as Administrator, this is in addition to whatever account you are using.
