TS12 Track problems

I have been writing content since TS2006 and all intermediate editions however I have found a unique and serious problem with ts12 that I cannot solve.
I lay two tracks the up and the down lines correctly orientated and put a few track direction markers here and there to check the directivity is correct. then save. add a couple of stations then save. add signals then save. At some point after this one of the track will completely reverse its direction. Not just between two spline points but the whole up or down line repositioning the signals with it. I am at a complete loss as to what to do with it since relaying the track correctly is a waste time. Since before long one of the tracks will reverse again. HELP

First question - what build number are you running (bottom right hand corner of the Launcher - 5 digit number).

I thought that may be the case. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this point in time to fix the problem yourself, as it is a known TS12 SP1 bug.
