Have a look for a thread about 10 below here called listing of errors and how to fix them by Gisa

Just delete the line referring to that error from the assets config.txt file (if in doubt make a backup copy of the config.txt file before editing it).

There are a few threads about fixing errors on the forum which will help you, including the one Fran1 mentioned.

thanx guys... i just found it... so have left a message on that thread... i have tried deleting it, then i get new errors..... i really have no idea with this stuff

omg i just went into the config file in notepad and adjusted it in there and it worked........ thankyou guys so much..... im so happy to have been able to be able to do something.... thanks again

Fixing errors can get complicated ! Whats the KUID of the asset you just edited ? I'll take a look at it.

Edit: Our posts crossed in the post! Glad you got it fixed, still worth checking out the forum threads about error fixing as suggested.

The idea of me pointing you to that thread was for you to see if could find a solution to your problem.
What I didn't say was that Gisa moves the solutions to the first page of the thread.

Hey Fran,

First, thanks for referencing my thread. :) At the time, I just figured it'd make sense to organize our problems and solutions there. I honestly haven't edited the main page in a long time, but one CAN search the thread itself for a particular problem (and it's solution) and if they get stuck, others and myself can help there too.

The irony is that it has taken almost a year for Auran to go about finding a way to start correcting these errors en masse. Good for folks buying now but poor planning on their part...

Certain threads on this forum are worth referencing to and yours is one.
Any thread I find useful I put as a favourite for quick locating. Especially the problem solving ones.
Fran.

Thanks Fran, I'm touched!

And I agree with you: I have several threads bookmarked and subscribed to myself.

It's just flattering that someone remembered my name and a thread that I started. Beats being a random number anyday! :D
