Trying to Create a Trailer Park

I'm working on a Model Railroadz and I'd like to have a trailer park on it. I've got davesnow's trailer homes but I need some help finding a suitable building for the office. Also, should I use an asphalt, concrete, gravel, or dirt roads in the trailer park? I think the best would be gravel roads, but I'm not certain.

Thanks. I've downloaded the trailer park office and just finished the sign using FTP. This allows me to continue working on the Model Railroadz and not stuck with the Content Manager waiting for them to download.
