TRS2010 up and running need some help?

I do like the 2010 so far as it does have a better CMP that does not crash. I need help finding out how to control my conent plasement in survayor. When i raise or lower an object I do not have the control of the up and down that I did in 2006. It will go up .1 or back down to -ground level is there an option to turn off snap mode for placing content. I used to be able to smoothly raise or lower my hight. Thanks in advanse for any help.

Try This.

When You Rise/Lower Press The Shift Key. This Will Adjust The Height In Tenths.

When You Rise/Lower Press The Shift Key. This Will Adjust The Height In Tenths.

Acctually using the ctrl key will move an item up or down in tenths (0.1) the using shift key will raise or lower it in hundredths (0.01).

Actually, Ctrl allows height adjustment in 10cm steps, shift allows them in 5cm steps.

Ah but, cm's only if you are using metric and not imperial measurements.

In Surveyor, the metric vs imperial setting only effects the scale of the ruler. Height adjustment is always in meters.
