TRS2010 better then 2009?

was reading the 10 vs 12 thread and get the impression 10 is pretty darn good. I sorta gave up on 09 because of how buggy it was (missing bogies when they were installed, jerkiness, etc) and i'd like to get back into trainz and finish that DT&I route I started long ago.
opinions on 10 are welcome

Depending on your needs, I would say start with 2010. Better chance of compatiblity with your 2009, and I assume you have older hardware to run it on. If it is fairly newer hardware, I personally would suggest TS12, but that is me.
