TRS2009 Session not in English

Welcome to the forums.
Certain routes/sessions are indeed in different languages, as they were created by users across the world.
I would advise that you check what build number you have (on the Launcher screen - 5 digit number), as there may have been a patch for that.

Couple tips for those who are unaware - hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard for assorted windows shortcuts.
CTRL A - selects all the text or files in the window.
CTRL C - copies to a virtual "clipboard", so it's stored in memory.
CTRL V - pastes whatever is stored in the clipboard to whatever window you have selected.
So;
Copy the text, open your internet browser and go to http://translate.google.com/
By default it's set to autodetect languages, so just CTRL V to paste into the left window;
Change to the right window, CTRL A to select the English text, CTRL C to copy. Back to the desktop, open notepad, CTRL V to paste. Now you have an English version of the description, you can do the same for assorted instructions.

Unfortunately, some of the HTML-pages appearing during the German sessions are not text, but JPG images, so it is necessary to type the the text in Google to obtain a translation (not a very amusing task, especially if the text is several lines long 
).
I think that any route published in an official release of Trainz should be in English: some time ago there was a quite heated discussion where Konni and I (a German and an Italian) proposed that even DLS uploads should have to be in English... perhaps a "Krutzmajkowczaw" is just the kind of industrial building I need, but I will never know .
