I need to know about trs09 disk. I send to helpdesk already. I haven't hear them since month ago. My house was robbed last month. And trs09 disk gone. trs09 disk was in computer desktop. I have box with book serial numbers.
what I can do with it?

You apparently have a helpdesk ticket open already, all you can do is wait and check the ticket status every so often. Auran went on vacation for a few weeks over the holidays so the helpdesk is probably overwhelmed.

If all else fails, you could buy TS2010.
