TRS06 Issues and Questions

So, I have TRS 06 and love it. Been playing it for a while now. I bought it in store and have the 5 CDs in there case in the original box. But here's the problem I have ran into. After my last reinstall of TRS I think I forgot to apply the service pack. But things have been fine like that for about a year or so. But now TRS is acting up on me, content is disappearing, routes wont load, and error messages. Talking with a fellow TRSer and iPortaler he sugested to back up all my content, do a reinstall and make sure to include the service pack.
So thats what I started to do, I started backing up my local folder and began to dig out my TRS06 box. But I have looked every where and cant find it. Its as if it just vanished. Now I'm thinking, "I cleaned up my room and my desk. I might have stuck them some where safe." But I have yet to locate them.
Now of course that is not a problem that any of you could solve, unless you have some ray gun that will help me remember where I put them. But I got to thinking. Is there A. A way I can install the service pack with out reinstalling TRS06 or B. A way I can Download TRS06 from Auran seeing as I did buy it and have it registered.

Option "A" should be doable.

Option "A" should be doable.

It's not doable. SP1 has to installed over a clean install of TRS2006. I don't think B is an option either.

Still searching every where for my TRS disks. Turns out I do have the service pack instaled, yet to try reinstaling it. But my next question. It seams that content is just failing left and right. Some built in content that I have repainted, and content (Routes) just seam to stop working. Ether the content, locomotives and rolling stock, just show up popularly in surveyor. Or layout say that there is no map selected.

With out doing a reinstall, is there a way to fix this?

Have you tried a data base repair?

No, I dont really know what that is. I can tell what it is by the name, but have no clue. How would I do that? Is there a turotrial, or is it some thing thats going to be a lot for you to write out. I dont want to be making a lot of work for any one. But thanks.
