TRS 2019 will not completely download [solved]

I ordered TRS 2019 download for my new gaming Laptop.
the program only loads about 5% and stops with no way to continue the download. Would appreciate any help.

Try turning off your antivirus, use Google chrome which can resume downloads and check your firewall.
Once installed make an exception in your antivirus so that it doesn't scan your trainz data folder, it will cause stuttering.
If the above does not work, you will need to contact the helpdesk using the above menubar, far right button.

Good tip about the anitvirus... Sophos antivirus was causing havoc with my beta patches and beta routes. Missing kuids and other issues. Telling Sophos not to scan TRS19 and datafolder fixed all the problems.

I recently posted a thread about my TRS2019 not downloading completely. the reply's I received fixed the problem mainly using Chrome to download instead of Microsoft Edge.
i just wanted to say thanks for the reply's, i appreciate the help as a newbe.
