Trouble unloading.

After much faffing about changing values etc, I've come for help.
I have a consist of concrete blocks and am trying to unload at a M.I.N New.
'Concrete Block Load for Bulkhead Flatcar' and 'Bulkhed Flatcar NS 62ft'
The first wagon unloads ok then the consist locks up, I cannot access the controls at all.
This happened with AI control but does the same if I take control.
Has anyone else found this and can help?

I can't help with the AI issue, but in manual model you can always use this method if you can't get it working with the MIN:
