Tree Asset - Can't Delete

I want to delete tree asset UZ_2d.
Something changed in TS19. I used these trees (2D 4 plane trees) as fillers in a forest. Last night something changed and now the outer edges of the trees glow in daylight . That is they are noticeably brighter. I tried to delete them but they are built-in. Tried to remove them from the route but I cannot even select them. I had a backup but it unfortunately contained those trees. Since I cannot select them they cannot be dealt with in Surveyor.
They are builtin and afforded full protection from customer alterations.

I tried to report the problem but I was just led in circles asking what was wrong with no reasonable suggestions/answers. Yes I started signed into Trouble shooter. Many months of work in jeopardy. Not the worst thing that could happen but N3V keeps trying.

I would show a picture but I can't find a safe place to store the photo so the message system can download and display it.
 
Disable in Manage Content and delete missing assets.

Or

Use bulk replace with either a different tree or reduce by 100% which should remove them.

Or

Report the issue and wait for the problem to get fixed which hopefully it will.

Not really a good idea to use a beta for anything permanent.
 
I do the same things I would do if it was a golden release to see what happens. Unfortunately I get consumed with success and just keep going. planting trees, changing assets, adding tracks, etc. So before you know it, I am All In. And, it usually works. But eventually the reality of Beta catches up. TANE is looking better for now:eek:

Yup I've done the same and got suckered in and stuck when fixed track objects left their pieces behind when deleted, making placing these things difficult. I reported the bug and went back to T:ANE for my "real" work, but still testing and reporting for TRS19 nonetheless. Like you have to keep reminding myself that this is still a beta version, and beta equals broken in some fashion meaning we need to find and report the bugs.
