TransDEM Order Help

I tried to order TransDEM a few nights ago. I sent an email to the correct address (info@rolandzeigler.de) and have not received a response yet. I believe I sent the email Friday or Saturday night. How long did it take for other clients to receive an response and how long did it take to complete the order?

Log into PayPal and see if there is any account history. There should be an invoice on there for your order.

Roland may also be on vacation which may explain a delay as well. He usually responds right away to orders and even inquiries.

There is no account history matching an invoice from him. how was he supposed to know my Paypal info anyways. Was I supposed to add my account username in the email?
 
I ordered TransDEM for a buddy a couple of weeks ago. Although I got an answer to a couple of questions right away, the good doctor told me he would be away until Sunday and he could not send the invoice until he returned home. Maybe he's on the road, again?

Oops! Sorry John, just noticed you said the same basic thing!

Back again.....He sends the invoice first, I believe it saves you a couple of bucks. He will explain it all to you when he answers your email. TransDEM is great and user friendly....even I managed to learn the basics, and I'm an old dog who finds it hard to learn any new tricks!

I ordered TransDEM for Trainz about two weeks ago and got two day turnaround on both getting the invoice and getting the download link after paying, so the good news is that you should be OK.

To answer your second question, you place the order (as you did). He emails an invoice to you (not PayPal) and the email contains what to put in the email (customer #, invoice#) that PayPal will send on your behalf when you pay him via PayPal (his PayPal account uses a different email address).

It all works surprisingly well considering I was not a PayPal user and paid him in euros, but PayPal took care of it all and charged my credit card the correct amount.

Double check to verify that your email to info@ is in your "sent" folder.

I've got your mail this time and I'll process your order this evening. Did you perhaps misspell the email address the first time, as shown above?
