TrainzPlus download/install problem ...

upgraded my PC, reinstalled Win11 ... but downloaded (3 times) installer fails due to checksum mismatch.

Helpdesk link simply times out on me ...

I'm hoping the helpdesk crew (if it exists) will see this.

There's two installers... the full installer and an "online" installer. Which are you using? Have you tried the other one?

Try downloading the full installer, monitor the download to make sure you are getting the whole complete file. Once you know you have a complete file then try installing again.

Check your anti-virus/ anti malware software isn't interfering with the download. If necessary, create an 'exception' for the patch executable and/or Trainz folders.

Disabled Windows Security during download ... and TRS22Plus downloaded and installed ... thanks to you all.
