I recently got Trainz UL from Myabandonware and was wondering if there is any way to make the content manager work again please and thank you.

Games on the 'Myabandonware' are pirated, and as such we cannot allow discussion of games from this source. This version will not be able to be registered, and attempting to do so will likely result in your MyTrainz account being banned.
If you wish to use UTC you would need to try to find a new, unused, copy of it that can be registered. However please keep in mind that UTC is around 21 years old, so things like the DLS downloader are not guaranteed to work as our DLS systems have changed a lot over those 20 plus years.
