TRAINZ THE COMPLETE COLLECTION key issue

Dear all
One year ago i have bought from ebay Trainz The Complete Collection which contain TRS 2006, TRS 2004 Trainz Routes and Ultimate trainz Collection 3 DVD distribuited by Paradox interactive. Unfortunatelly i have lost since 6 months ago the book with key so i cannot install any game on my pc?
Please advice how i can get the key back? i have the pack all dvds. But no key.

Another reason why writing down your E Mail address, handle, UN, PW keycode on a piece of masking tape on your CD box.

It looks as if you are lost on this one.

Also on E-Bay if it was previously registered by someone else ... you can not register it. (Without the original UN & PW, and handle).

Seeing as you've registered look in your Planet Auran profile (Click "Planet Auran" at the top of the page). Under Serial Numbers; any serial number you've registered will be listed there. If you didn't register it, then I'm afraid your out of luck. You can try shooting the Helpdesk a message as they can do a bit more with serial numbers then we can; but I doubt they can do much seeing as you bought it on ebay.

I bought from e bay but was original one sealed from Paradox Interactive i hope that they will help me.
