Trainz Simulater 1.0 Crashes on Mac

Just downloaded a copy of Trainz from Macupdate. Immediately after launch it crashes.

I'm running Lion (10.7.2) on an iMac 3.06 GHz Intel core 2 Duo with 12GB memory. I've tried re-installing and re-booting to no avail.

Any suggestions please?

Mine works fine on 10.6

I'm running Snow Leopard with on Macbook Pro with 4GB ram and Core 2 Duo and I had not issues until know.

I know that this doesn't help a lot, but I want to confirm that on my system is working fine and it's less powerful than yours. Maybe there is an issue with Lion.

That does sound a bit odd.

Unfortunately, you are at a disadvantage as the forum with the likely solution (The Trainz Mac forum) is not available to you unless you register your serial number.

Yes; please enter your mac serial number into your Planet Auran profile, then post in the appropriate (mac) forum section.
