You need to register your Trainz serial number here.

You will have to login again as this is a separate area from the forums, but your username and password will be the same.

That seems to be a well-known issue in Russia as well - your best bet if registering fails to fix it, is to contact Helpdesk - but be aware that if it actually is a beta version, you may have to buy a new copy.

There is a patch from 45467-45607. See auran announcements.
In the multiplayer release it saya "at the end of multi player beta we will release multi player proper".
