Trainz Pro Routes TPR- Login Problem

I cannot either login or register on the TPR site. I realize that this is not the proper place for this message but there is no way to contact the people at the site unless you are registered on the forum.

My kuid is 371377 which has been used for a previous registration by me but it was a long time ago. I cannot re-register because that KUID is used by the unknown registration. If someone from that site could PM me maybe this could be straightened out.

My problem is that my ID is rejected and since everything centers on a KUID it is tied up with an ID I no longer remember.

Yes, this forum is once again slow and unpleasant to use at times.

Have you tried the "I forgot my password" link to try and reset it?

Anyway, I've told them about your issue so hopefully someone will visit this thread to help you soon.

The forgotten password function only works if you can match a name with an email address(ady). I can't come up with the right combination. Just need to get stuff cleared from my kuid to re-register.

TPR Contact

TPR (http://www.trainzproroutes.com) will not send out a ‘confirmation’ email for my account registration. Are they still in operation? Tried emailing the ‘contact’ but no response.

I have checked the junk mail folder....

Any ideas? I know this technically is the wrong spot to ask...

It's been a long time since I registered, but it may be that you won't get an immediate reply...it might take a few days if each registration requires manual approval.

I had the same problem with receiving no confirmation e-mail when I registered with the Download Depot. Meridious eventually told me that they were having problems with that stuff, and he manually confirmed my account.

The best that I can say to do is to go and register with the TPR forum (which is a seperate registration), and post about it in their Download Depot support forum.

Of course, if your problems are with the forum and not the Download Depot, then I do not know of much else to suggest.

My apologies for the delay but I've not been feeling very well lately.

@ Pinto_Pete, I do not see a registration. What I see is is a password reset for that particular username.

Trainz Pro Routes - No email confirmation after registration

I am having the same problem. I have been waiting for an email confirmation for a week now. When I try to log in I do get a message that I am registered, but I am not allowed to use the site until confirmed. It says to contact the site administrator, but I have no way to do that. Thanks for any help.

Back again...

Anyway, no matter if I try to reset my password, or even try establishing a new account under another name, the download portion does not seem to want to send an confirmation e-mail.

I tried are reset again just now with the Pinto_Pete account, nothing seems to appear in the hot mail account.

I have over 100 items in my FTP uploads folder but if your under the weather they can wait until you feel better.
