Trainz Passenger Edition

I have TRS2004 and also TRS2006.
Does the Trainz Passenger Edition contain anything new?

The Trainz Passenger Edition is just 2004 with one of the service packs applied - I forget the actual service pack but think it was sp3 but may have been sp2 or 4

That's right, it was SP2. So if you're patched to SP2, SP3 or SP4 then you've got it.
