Trainz Launcher and CMP "Not Responding"

I just added some content this morning, it added them fine, but when the game began to start up if froze. So I ended the program and tried to start up the game though Trainz Launcher. When Trainz Launcher can up, I pressed start. When I press Start it freezes. So I end the program and try CMP. CMP come up but it goes white and says: Not responding.

What is the problem. I would send a Help Desk but it takes to long, so I thought I could get a quicker response here.

Note I have had this problem before but always managed to reverse it. Now my techniques seem to not work...

You could check to see if assets.tdx is gone. If so, CMP is rebuilding the index.
