I'm not exactly sure, but you may have to buy a new copy. Maybe Auran is confused thinking you have two copies of TS12.

Sorry but I don't know. I've never done that before. Consulting the Helpdesk is your best bet.

Win7 or Win8 ? MS imposed some write restrictions on Program Files. Run the setup as Administrator, that's right click run this program as administrator should accept the serial then.

You can't un-register by the way same key will work on any PC you own.

Hi,

Its possible that there's a typo in entering the code...

Try it this way:-
Login to your Planet Auran account, find your serial number, highlight it, then copy to clipboard.
Create a small text file (Notepad is ideal), and paste the serial into the filr and save to desktop.

Install from DVD, but when asked for the serial number, copy and paste from the text file.

I've just reinstalled TS12 onto a new PC (old one died), and there is no problem with installing on more than one PC.
