Trainz grass and trees help

I had made a new install of ts12 with all hot fixes and when i first entered the new game I loaded umr2015 winter and all of the grass and speedtrees were showing in the game now i don't seem them at all but on the old install with the same session and route they show up like always. Is there anyone who can tell me whats gogin on and how to fix it?
I am not missing any of the assets.

Check that you are draw distance is up and that the speed tree details are set to the highest and your draw distances are the highest. From what I recall, your video card should handle this fine. There is also a couple of issues to mention. First Speed Trees will sometimes disappear due to memory issues in the Speed Tree engine. Trainz is not the only product to suffer from this. Exiting from the route and reloading sometimes helps. TS12 SP1 HF4 also will sometime show no trees, and sometimes buildings too, then load everything all at once.
