Trainz + GOLD but no first class ticket...

Hello, I purchased Trainz + Gold and signed up for myTrainzAccount, but I don't have a first-class ticket.

My myTrainz account says I don't have a subscription. How can I fix this? I paid for this service, but I don't have it.


I'm currently downloading at a few kb/sec and it will take me several days to get an itinerary even though I paid for it to go faster.
