Trainz Content - Status Changing?

The Trainz Content Manager is constantly changing the status of its content.

If you download something from the Trainz Content Manager, and later delete it, you may loose any installed assets in other routes you have.

Currently, ALL items in the Trainz Content Manager show UPDATE!

I made the mistake of downloading the Pennsylvania Berwin route from the Trainz Content Manager. I was going to convert it from TANE to 2019. Unfortunately several assets, that needed replacement) were Locked. So I uninstalled it. Then my American Mountains route showed a "sea" of orange. I eventually recovered the assets that the removal of the route caused.

The Trainz Content page has been a continuing mess.......

I attempted to duplicate your results but was unable to find "Pennsylvania Berwin" on the DLS or the Content Store.

It's best not to delete assets from your database, it will always lead to something going south.

I'm not sure how deleting a route could delete any dependencies using the CM. I'm trying to read between the lines here, but did you delete more than the route?

The Trainz Content Store? There has to be more to this story, just saying.

I did not delete or add anything individually or in a group. Just used the full route that was offered. This is probably like so many other issues - Conditions Based. That is what assets and versions are on the computer. What assets are in the route? Last DBR? etc.

I learned my lesson - Curiosity killed the cat. Old saying (USA) but true in this case - metaphorically.

Since I was able to recover all the missing/deleted items I am back to my reciprocal hand-off route.....

Pennsylvania and Berwind is a "Tane only" Jointed Rail route. Couldn't have downloaded it from CM. Do you intend to mean you installed the CDP via Content Manager?
