Trainz Classic - What Should I Add?

Hello,

I just picked up a copy of Trainz Classic (budget price) mostly to see what Trainz looked like after hearing about it. So far, I like what I see but am wondering if there are specific add-ons that people recommend as to really get a sense of the program. My interests are in mostly North American urban ralroads and transit systems (trolleys, subways, etc.)

Please...I realize that this is an old version of Trainz. I probably will update to a newer version, but first I'd like to really confirm if it's something I'd enjoy.

Re what should I add

Have a look at the trainz download station it has loads of north American routes.

The DLS has a fair bit of content but many of the layouts will use built in content from TRS2006 so you either need to go TRS2009 or add TRS2006 content to your TC which I assume in TC1/2 and not TC3 which is very nice UK stuff.

Realistically buyTRS2009 download from Auran and keep them going another day or two.
