This is his first post since he joined the forum back in September 2012 when TRS12, a 32bit program, was the latest version. I wonder if he is using an old PC that is not capable of running TRS22? Again, lack of information in the original post....

Have you updated your graphics software/drivers?

If you have NVIDIA graphics, download GeForce Experience from the official NVIDIA website! Sign up/log in and it will automatically find the correct software/drivers.
Don't forget to do a clean installation!

Try this, trust me )

My best guess, besides all the other problems that can be, you have connected to your pc more than one speaker. If so, go in the windows sound panel, change the output from the current to any other from that list. It should solve. Let me know
