Assumed...but not proven. I could be some random individual assuming the name of another individual...i could have stolen a credit card and used that individuals name and also pretended to be them. In any case there is no way to prove who actually ticked an 'i agree box'. Next you'll undoubtedly be accusing me. of credit card fraud, but then again you have no proof of that either.

I won't denigrate RR Signal, as I consider him a friend here and we agree on much. I won't denigrate you either, as I don't know much about you, but rather feel that this is one of those situations where the rest of us are witnessing an argument between two strangers, such as a disagreement over a parking space. Now the argument has become comical and entertaining, and although I feel guilty for continuing to watch, I just can't get up from the stoop, go inside and close the front door! I hope you'll both forgive me, it's so much easier to observe others behaving badly in public, than it is to step in and try to settle the issue! I suppose that makes me a bit of the voyeur, doesn't it?
