Trainz 2012 problem

Hey guys its been awhile but I'm back with a new profile and Trainz. I recently received my copy of Trainz 12, and when I open it and go to the main menu, it's just blank. I've tried what I think is everything but still nothing? Please help soon so I can get back into things!!

You may have to reinstall TS12.

Copy or move your Userdata folder to another location first.

Reinstall TS12 using your new profile. Install any patches first before bringing in any content.

Reimport your userdata folder using Content Manager.

You should be all set from there.

Make sure you put your CD-Key number(s) in the software registration screen if you've installed any add-on content such as the CNJ Blue Comet, or anything else that has a serial number.
