Trainz 2010 and Murchison2

I've been away from Trainz a long time. Currently I have Trainz 2006 and Murchison 2.

If I buy Trainz 2010 do I need a new version of Murchison?

For me I only play Trainz to use the Murchison route.

How much has changed from Trainz 2006 to 2010?

The old version of Murchison2 MAY work but some content may not show, there will be a mile of reported errors and you will miss out on ....

• the high detail trackwork
• 29 sessions (includes a huge quanitity of rolling stock .. a lot of which is not on the FDLS)

So what about the standalone Murchison 2 on Steam, is it the same?

Since it's standalone it's all I need if I'm only interested in the Murchison route correct?

There has only ever been the one release of TS:MURCHISON2 and it is a fully featured Driver-only stand-alone version.
This is also now available under STEAM
