So I would imagine so. :D

I'm not sure about the scenarios...we kinda lost those in 2006...it would be nice if they would return for 2009...they are the main reason I keep 2004 on my computer...

CCG for 2009?

I Hope that Auran will release a comprehensive CCG for 2009 at the same time as they release main program. Will Gmax still be useable?

Bill.

From Wiki ..

All TS2009 3D models require normal maps (previously this was only supported on specific asset types, and was optional.)
TS2009 ground textures require normal maps and are of a higher texture resolution.

Can't see any reason that gmax will not be useable .. Even though a normal is now required it's quite possible to generate the normal map using tools from ATI or nVidia .. the only good thing about 3dsMax is that the nornal can be rendered without the need to fiddle .. If a plugin is released for Blender you could probably use the features from there and still import .3ds back to gmax for final export ... Based only the very little I know of Auran intentions I still don't see a need to worry.
