Does Trainz 2004 passenger edition contain any trains, that are not in original version of Trainz 2004?

Hi I believe that the 2004 passenger edition which was Build SP2 came with locos that could be driven A1 + manually via keyboard controls plus you could load and unload passengers with the coaches
With the advent of the later and final build SP4 any steam locos and passenger enabled coaches that were on the passenger edition could be downloaded via the D/S
