Trainz 12... Can I run it?

Greetings,

Does anyone know if I will be able to run TS12 with the following PC specs..

Intel Celeron R 2.45 GHZ Dual core
Msi Nivida GTS 450 1GB
4GB DDR2 Ram
Windows XP Home SP3

With the offer on the collecters edtion on, one thought it might be an idea to make use of the offer and upgrade.

If you can run 06 ok then you will run 12 no problem as 12 runs way smoother than the previous versions without the need for top range hardware. :wave:

yes he is correct you can run ts 12 nicely on this system
just one advice if you can afford try to upgrade win7 else xp sp3 will be good

No, do not "upgrade" to Win7; if anything, XP is better (if only slightly) in terms of performance. While Trainz can allegedly use up to 4Gb of memory under a 64-bit OS, I've yet to see it use more than 2. If you were going to upgrade anything, I'd say upgrade the CPU. But you might actually get decent performance without upgrading anything, so don't worry about that unless it becomes an issue.

i heard somewhere that it is 10 australian dollars.
