Trainz 09 Content Manager Problems

I have Trainz 2009 and when I go to content manager to download content from the download station, it says that Planet Auran can not find my serial number or account but I did enter a serial number in that I got from a email when I got the download version of the game.

I have Trainz 2009 and when I go to content manager to download content from the download station, it says that Planet Auran can not find my serial number or account but I did enter a serial number in that I got from a email when I got the download version of the game.

Double check to make sure you have the serial number copied correctly...you can compare it in your Planet Auran account page.
--If you absolutely positively did not make a typo, submit a Help Ticket to N3V Help Desk, as they are the only ones that can correct "serial number" issues.
