Train Not Slowing Down For Speed Reduction

If you set the diverging route to unbonded then it would always be a restricting indication into the yard. The returning train can usually couple to the train if its the first behind the signal, so no trouble reconnecting to the train.
Everything worked out except for one problem. When telling AI to drive to a track mark where locomotives are present it keeps saying waiting for access beyond junction such and such. Mind you this was after removing all but the yard entrance and exit signals. I still haven't figured out a way to make AI drive to that track mark even when there's nothing occupying it. The train is past it.

I do unbounded all the time if I have a home signal at the yard entrance, and never have issues. I'll sometimes use 06 dwarf signals in front of switches (set to unbounded) to give the lunar white restricted speed (15 MPH). I even have one yard that uses the 08 signal with a red/yellow/green (slow approach restricted) as a yard lead in which also creates a 15MPH speed restriction (to create that combo you need to have an 06 with unbonded set at he head of the yard, and set the diverging icons to point at the yard track).

I build in real scale so my distant signals are as close as a mile away from the home signal. I'll use 05 permissive signals at a 4 to 7 mile intervals (depending on the location). 04s and 08s I'll use for converging tracks (sidings).
The signals I use are the smart searchlight signals from JR (I love these and use them exclusively), and I took the time to read their instructions on how to use them. Those Safetran "Vader" signals are also smart and can be programmed the same way.
