Train is not under user control???

I was gonna load passengers into my train but it said that the train I'm controling isn't under ''user control'', what does this mean and how do I fix it? I clearly AM the one piloting the train.

If a passenger enabled train is at a passenger enabled station then it will be under the control of that station while it loads/unloads passengers. Thus it will not be "under user control" until the loading/unloading has been completed. How long will this take? With some, but not all, passenger enabled stations the session creator can set the loading time, in seconds. The default time (depending on the station) is about 20 seconds, if I recall correctly, but it can be set for several minutes in duration.

how do I fix it?

You may have two options (or only one):-

1. wait for the allocated time to expire - if the time cannot be edited then this is your only option
2. if the time can be edited then set a new time delay.

You can edit a station object by selecting it and then opening its properties. If a time setting is shown then edit it.
