Tracks where splines use to be?

I'm using 2009.
I have downloaded some routes from DLS and have found lots of them having tracks all over where there might have been either electric pole lines or fences or maybe tree splines.
I can't replace the track with another object for some reason.
Anyone figured this out yet?:hehe:

It's because you don't have all the dependencies needed for the maps. Then again, I opened up a map I had been building for a long time in 06 to find most of the trains were now on the fences, wires and roads.
