TR19 wont delete session start up " photo"

Hi All, I have found out how to delete sessions or routes in "19" yes the routes and sessions delete by going to packages and deleting the numbers related to the routes but the start up image in sessions will not delete . How do you delete these start up photos for that session ? Thanks anybody for any help given .Cheers Robynne..

You need to do a DBR in order to reset the data base. Delete the packages only removes the content folder it wont delete from the data folder.

What version of TRS19 do you have? Putting that in a sig would help. In Platinum and Plus Payware can be deleted in Content Store. Freeware can be deleted by selecting the route and hitting delete. You shouldn't have to select content folders though that certainly is one way to do with a rebuild as stagecoach says.

I have just got basic trs19 . Sorry what does DBR stand for and where to go to reset data base. thanks stagecoach and 1611mac.

DBR stand for "Database Rebuild" - you will also see EDBR which is an Extended Database Rebuild.

From the Launcher Panel (or Splash panel, or Starts Panel)
Developer > Rebuild Database
