Today (June 12) is AEM-7 Day!

I hereby declare today as AEM-7 day as to commemorate the RRMofPA's most recent acquisition. Also, Norfolk Southern 9-1-1 isn't going to be there due to scheduling/logistics problems. However, the exhibit car, GoRail SD60E, Veterans SD60E, Executive F unit, and 20 Heritage units will be there.

Umm, I can say that 9-1-1 and the exhibit car will be there thanks to my contacts in that glass Norfolk Southern HQ building I live near, but the rest of that is yeah, not happening....

Didnt you see the letter the RRMPA posted to facebook? The 9-1-1 decided to take a crap while on revenue freight and NS cant get it to Strasburg. I knew the RRMPA wouild be getting an AEM-7, I just didnt think it'd be 915, i was hoping for 934, but I think it might be OOS.

I heard about 10A, I just figured Juniata would fix it, after all, we are talking about the only railroad in the U.S. with the ability to rebuild locomotives entirely. It should be fairly easy for them to fix something that they engineered (Yes I know not all problems are that simple(I.E. D8.5-40CW), but they just built the thing in April)...

God I love Juniata, we get the crazziest crap sometimes... it'll be fixed, its probably on its way now, but The thing at Strasburg is tomorrow I think, (I'm not 100% because I'm in Colorado right now). Amtrak, are you to far from Roanoke? Its been a while since I've been there.

I'm 4 hours away, but I get out there as much as possible, mainly because of the variety compared to the coal drags and intermodal trains of Norfolk.
