tmr17 pre-release ... things that need fixing before full release

stationmistress: I just tested it myself to be sure, and it's likely the problem is caused with the train being placed on the catenarywire spline and not on the traintrack.
When placing trains look at the bogey/wheels if it isn't floating above the track, if it is then the train is placed on the catenarywire and not on the track.

I've had a good look and the wheels appear to be correct after making a move in surveyor. What I did notice, JPN - JR Kiha 141 is not standard gauge making it more diffiult to check. The red track overlay doesn't help either.
